Mux Video Live Stream auto-generated closed captions now supports additional languages

Mux Video Live auto-generated closed captions now supports French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish in addition to English. The new languages are enabled using the language_code parameter on the generated_subtitles array, which can be specified when creating or updating a Live Stream using the following codes: en for English, es for Spanish, fr for French, de for German, it for Italian, and pt for Portuguese.
